About
Rectify Painting is a one-person operation — and that's intentional. When you hire me, you get me. Not a crew you've never met, not a subcontractor, not an apprentice. Me.
The Story
I've been painting homes for over 20 years. I started out working for other companies, and I was good at it — but I kept running into the same problem. The moment a job got busy, corners got cut. Prep got rushed. The customer never knew, but I did.
I started Rectify because I wanted to do the work the right way, every time. No production pressure, no crew to manage, no shortcuts to hit a schedule. Just me, your home, and the time it takes to do it right.
That's still how I operate today. Every project I take on gets my full attention from start to finish. If I'm in your home, I'm the one doing the work.
Why It Matters
Large painting companies have to keep crews busy. That means rushing jobs, rotating workers through your home, and moving on before everything is truly done. When you hire a solo operator, the incentives are different. My reputation is the only thing I have. Every job has to be good — not just good enough.
How I Work
I tell you what I see, what it'll take, and what it'll cost. No upselling, no surprises on the invoice.
I treat every house like I'm a guest in it. Floors protected, furniture moved carefully, nothing left behind.
The finish is only as good as the surface underneath. I don't skip prep — it's where most of the work actually happens.
There's no one to pass the buck to. If something isn't right, I fix it. That's the deal.
No pressure, no sales pitch. Just an honest conversation about what you need.
